This Exhibit Agreement INCLUDES
- The exhibit facility as programmed
- A 6-foot draped table and two chairs
This Exhibit Agreement DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Cleaning and/or maintenance of individual booths
- Drayage and placement of display equipment
- Decoration and related services
- Guard/security services
- Labor (i.e. carpenters, electricians, drapery persons, and/or upholsterers)
- Storage of any exhibit-related materials before or after conference
- Additional lighting and/or electrical power and telephone
- Gas or water supply
Exhibits should be set up on August 7, before 8:00 a.m. Exhibits should be closed down by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2008.
