If you chose pay by check, purchase order or invoice: You will receive an invoice via email.

Credit card using PayPal:

  1. Enter your organization or name.
  2. Click on the Pay Now button below to make a payment by any major credit card or use your Paypal account.
  3. You will receive an email from PayPal stating the amount that will be charged to your credit card.
