Advertising

For advertising information please contact the managing editor at jrmh@isu.edu. Advertisements shall be accepted from accredited organizations such as hospitals; pharmaceutical companies, treatment centers, and therapists; and associated organizations and companies. The publications of NARMH are published for and on behalf of the membership to advance rural mental health as a science, as a profession, and as means of promoting human welfare. The Association, therefore, reserves the right to unilaterally, REJECT, OMIT, OR CANCEL, advertising that it deems to be not in the best interest of these objectives, or that by its tone, content, or appearance is not in keeping with the essentially scientific, scholarly and professional nature of its publications. Conditions, printed or otherwise, that conflict with this policy will not be binding on the publisher. While every effort shall be made to verify the ethical conduct of business by the advertising companies, neither the NARMH Board of Directors nor the JRMH Publications Office can assume responsibility for any advertising claims. No advertising shall be accepted from companies who do not abide by the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, the Veterans' Reemployment Rights Act Handicap Bias, the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The JRMH reserves the right to edit all copy and to refuse ads that are not in consonance with the principles of the above noted laws.
